ROLE
We are seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized care to elderly individuals, focusing on companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meal preparation—delivered with dignity and respect for each person—while creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
Your Responsibilities
Provide companionship through social interactions and emotional support (offering comfort and psychological assistance to clients and their families).
Initiate activities that stimulate the mind.
Assist with shopping and errands.
Transport or escort clients to medical appointments.
Monitor and record changes in health, behavior, and needs.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
Prepare meals as needed.
Our Perfect Candidate Requirements
Valid Driver’s license
Social Security
HHA/PCA Certification
Physical Test (including TB Test)
RESULTS
Complete and document all assigned tasks for each client
Report any abnormal signs from clients
Report abuse
Attend all staff meeting
Provide care in a nurturing and respectful manner.
Ability to keep CPR and First Aid Certification current.
Ability to report and record any and all incidents promptly.
Have good attendance
